Created through the thoughtful adaptive reuse of a former motel, The Orchard serves individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness, offering studio and one-bedroom homes designed to foster independence, dignity, and lasting stability. Shared amenities—including learning spaces and outdoor gathering areas—encourage connection and personal growth, while comprehensive onsite services from Mercy House and Telecare provide the compassionate, individualized support residents need to thrive. In partnership with the Santa Ana Housing Authority and backed by professional management from Quality Management Group, The Orchard is more than housing—it's a community built on hope, resilience, and the belief that everyone deserves a place to call home.
